text_font=&#8220;inter||||||||&#8220; text_font_size_tablet=&#8220;17px&#8220; text_font_size_phone=&#8220;16px&#8220; text_font_size_last_edited=&#8220;on|desktop&#8220; global_colors_info=&#8220;{}&#8220;]<\/p>\n<p>Die Sperre von Monte Croce Carnico, die sich am gleichnamigen Pass (auf Deutsch \u201ePl\u00f6ckenpass\u201c) befindet, wurde zwischen 1935 und 1940 errichtet und war Teil des faschistischen Alpenwalls. Sie bestand aus drei Befestigungsanlagen, die Anfang der F\u00fcnfziger Jahre aufgrund der neuen Verteidigungsanforderungen gegen die Kr\u00e4fte des Warschauer Pakts reaktiviert wurden. Im Zuge dessen wurden einige strukturelle \u00c4nderungen durchgef\u00fchrt, um die Panzerabwerf\u00e4higkeiten zu erh\u00f6hen, sowie die mittlerweile unzureichende Bewaffnung ausgetauscht. Am Ende der Wiederherstellungsarbeiten bestand die Sperre aus folgenden Bauten:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Werk 1 (kann besichtigt werden): bestehend aus einer Stellung f\u00fcr Panzerabwehrkanone (P) und zwei Stellungen f\u00fcr Maschinengewehr (M);<\/li>\n<li>Werk 2: bestehend aus einer Stellung P und einer Stellung M;<\/li>\n<li>Werk 3: im Inneren dieses Werks befand sich der Gefechtsstand der Sperre und es bestand aus zwei Stellungen P und einer Stellung M.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Wiederhergestellt wurden zus\u00e4tzlich zu den Werken auch die kleine Kaserne f\u00fcr die zur Bewachung des Sperrwerks eingesetzten M\u00e4nner sowie die beweglichen Hindernisse (bestehend aus zwei Schiebetoren zur Absperrung der Stra\u00dfe).<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][et_pb_column type=&#8220;2_5&#8243; der Kontrolle \u00fcber diese Stra\u00dfe sollte verhindert werden, dass feindliche Kr\u00e4fte aus dem Gailtal, das von Villach aus in westliche Richtung verl\u00e4uft, in das Tal des Flusses But
